Brief Discussion of the Point,Line and Surface in Constructing Anti-corruption System in Universities

Abstract

Problems exist in present construction of anti-corruption system: in point it is not accurate;in line it is not systematic;in surface it lacks overall coordinateness.The paper proposes to lay emphasis on the key points of system construction and implementation;to set up an integrated system of reasonable structure,scientific allocation,strict procedures and mutual restriction;to conduct macro-planning and macro-designing of the overall structure,leading to harmonious development of various rules and regulations.
