Abstract
Ultrasonic-assisted method was used to extract oil from grape seed. Extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal design. Influences of different factors on extraction conditions were analyzed. Results showed that order of influence of extraction factors on extraction content of grape seed oil at material liquid ration time temperaturepower. Optimum technological conditions were as follows : extraction time for 40 min, ultrasonic power at90 W, material liquid ration 1∶10, extraction temperature at 50℃, and extraction rate was 14.03% under optimum conditions.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
