Abstract
The peach seed oil was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method, and the effects of ultrasonic treatment time, ultrasonic power,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on oil extraction rate were studied through single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the effects of the investigated factors on oil extraction rate in order was ultrasonic powerultrasonic treatment timesolid-liquid ratioextraction time. The optimum extraction process for peach seed oil was ultrasonic power of 200 W,ultrasonic treatment time of 35 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1.0∶6.0,extraction time of 1.0 h,under this condition the oil extraction rate reached 48.3%.
