Abstract

Objective To investigate the acute cerebral infarction C-reactive protein levels and clinical significance. Methods In January 2008~2011 met the inclusion criteria were admitted with acute cerebral infarction 214 cases, divided into mild acute cerebral infarction in 104 cases,medium-sized acute cerebral infarction 81 cases,29 patients with severe acute cerebral infarction.Group at the onset ofconducted within 72 h hs-CRP test, and 2 weeks after the treatment.hs-CRP test for comparison. Results The acute cerebral infarction group and the healthy group significant differences(P0.05).Onset within 72 h for the hs-CRP test was(13.284~2.39) mg /L,and at 2 weeks after treatment.Hs-CRP test(2.914~1.08) mg/L.The statistical comparison significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction serum hs-CRP,the clinical significance of the concentration of very large, for clinical assessment of acute cerebral infarction and prognosis of changes in condition to provide a reference index.
