Abstract
In order to investigate the relationship of wheat varieties in dryland, simple sequence repeats(SSR) was used to detect genetic diversity among 50 winter wheats in dryland. The results showed 127 alleles revealed on 27 SSR loci,2 to 8 alleles could be detected with the average of 4.7 alleles for each SSR locus. The genetic similarity coefficients varied from 0.46 to 0.89 with the average of 0.68.All 50 wheat cultivars could be distinguished by using SSR markers and were clustered into eight groups, which were generally agree with their pedigree relations.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
