Abstract
In order to investigate genetic diversity in drought-resistant wheat,27 pairs of SSR primers were used to detect genetic diversity among 50 drought-resistance wheat accessions. The results showed that 127 alleles were revealed on 27 SSR loci, and that 2 to 8 alleles could be detected with the average of 4.7 alleles for each SSR locus. The genetic similarity varied from 0.46 to 0.89 with the average of 0.68.All the 50 wheat cultivars could be distinguished by using SSR markers and were divided into 8 groups, which was generally identical with pedigree relations.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
