Abstract
Wheat genetic diversity is important for breeding program. In order to investigate genetic diversity in Chinese high quality wheat,21 SSR markers(21 sets of SSR primer) were used to detect genetic diversity among 75 elite wheat lines(cultivars).Totally 135 alleles were revealed among 75 cultivars with 21 SSR markers,2~13 alleles could be detected at different SSR locus, with the average of 6.4 alleles per SSR marker;the range of PIC was 0.49~0.90,with the average of 0.76.Based on the data of SSR,the genetic similarity among 75 high quality wheat cultivars was calculated. The mean GS was 0.66,varying from 0.46~0.96.Cluster analysis showed that all cultivars could be clustered into 5 groups, which is generally agree with their pedigree and the distribution of region.
