Abstract
Objective To find out the status of cervical infection of high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV) among women in different age groups.Method DNA of 2 104 women was examined for the cytological and high-risk HPV of cervix,using pathological results detected by vaginal speculum as the standard.Results Of 2 104 women,the detection rates of HR-HPV,serious cervical lesions and cervical cancer were 21.63%,8.13% and 1.14% respectively.HR-HPV infection was most noticeable in two age groups 25~29 and 60~64,with the detection rates at 29.60% and 23.53%.Conclusion HPV testing is effective in cervical cancer screening,improving the detection efficiency of cervical lesions.With follow-up visits and standardized treatment,incidence rates of cervical cancer may be reduced.
