Abstract

Objective To explore the dynamic changes of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), thrombin time(TT), fibrinogen(FIB) and D-dimer (DD) were determined at 3, 7, 14 and 21 days after attack in 20 patients with cerebral hemorrhage. The parameters were also determined in 20 healthy controls. Results FIB levels at 7, 14 and 21 days after attack were much higher than those of control group(P0.01),and FIB levels of at 14 and 21 days, and APTT level at 21 day after attack were higher than those at 3 day(P0.05). DD levels of 3 and 21 days were higher than those of control group(P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Patients with cerebral hemorrhage undergo over-activation of coagulation and fibrinolysis function to certain extent.
