Abstract

Objective To study the changes of coagulation in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy.Methods Prothrombin time(PT),thromboplastin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrogen(Fig)and D-dimmer(D-D)were detected in 68 patients(group A)with cerebral hemorrhage and underwent craniotomy in 24 hours and 40 normal persons(group B).Results Serum levels of Fig and D-D were higher in group A than those in group B(P0.01).Conclusion The results suggest that coagulation and fibrinogen dissolution activity are increased in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy.
