Abstract

Objective To study the change of coagulation mechanism during acute period of cerebral hemor- rhage. Methods 80 cerebral hemorrhage patients as observed group were divided into subgroups according to hemorrhage quantity and hemorrhage location.35 normal persons were as control group.PT,APTT,TT,FIB and D-D were determined among all the patients after 1,3,7,14,and 21 days.PLT,PCT,MPV and PDW were deter- mined in 24 hours. Results FIB and D-D were increased in cerebral hemorrhage patients on 1,3d and 7d,com- pared with control group(P0.01),and then to normal level on 14d and 21d.The high levels of FIB and D-D were related to hemorrhage quantity, but not related to hemorrhage location. There were no significant statistical differ- ence in PT,APTT and TT between two groups(P0.05).PDW and MPV were increased in cerebral hemorrhage patients, compared with control group(P0.01).There was no significant statistical difference in PLT and PCT between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion FIB,D-D,MPV and PDW were increased in acute period of cerebral hemorrhage, which confired that coagulation activity and fibrinogen dissolution activity were increased and acceler- ated hemostasia.
