Abstract
The microwave digestion-ICP-MS was used to detect the Cr,Cu,Ni,Zn,Cd and Pb in soil.The method accuracy was proved by the national environmental standard sample ESS-1,and the accuracy reached 100%,which suggested that the detection parameters is in line with the standard's and the RSD Lower than 4%.The two digestion methods were compared on the effect of the result; the optimal parameters of ICP-MS were studied;the matrix interference were corrected by the muti-internaL standard method.The soil of a factory in northeast industrial base was detected with the above method. The method detection limit is 0.0144—1.0218μg·g -1 ,the precision is 0.15%? ?.51% and the recovery is 83.2%—108.9%.It is a promising anaLysis method on environmental soil samples.
