Clinical Research of Sodium Hyaluronate(SH) Injection Combined with Samll Needle Knife in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate(SH) injection combined with samll needle knife in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:All 45 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(15 cases).The treatment group was given SH injection combined with samll needle knife,and the control group was received local injection of lidocaine and vitamin B12 combined with samll needle knife.The therapeutic effect was observed in both groups after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the functions and the pain of shoulder joint in the treatment group were improved more obviously than the control group.Conclusion:SH injection combined with samll needle knife is effective for treating the patients with periarthritis of shoulder.
