Three Methods for Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder Clinical Curative Effect Observation Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the three pass method in treating periarthritis of shoulder with.[Methods]90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 45cases and control group 45 cases.Treatment group adopts three methods(filiform needle,needle,needle knife treatment).The control group was treated with routine acupuncture treatment of 2 courses,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment efficacy and pain severity and lesion degree of recovery.[Results] In the treatment group,the cure rate and total effective rate were 95.6% and 100%.The control group were35.6% and 88.9%.The treated group was better than control group(P0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group on analgesic effect of.[Conclusion]Three pass method for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder clinical curative effect.
