Abstract

The stem segments of Anoectochilus formosanus was cultured in medium with supplemented with different growth substances. The results showed that the most suitable combination and concentration of protocorm induction was ZT 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,and TDZ 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L for the multi-shoots induction; The most suitable growth substance and concentration for rooting was IBA 0.5 mg/L.
