Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the shoot induction and cultivation techniques of Anoectochilus formosanus.[Method] Using the Anoectochilus formosanus aseptic seedling as material, the effects of different explants and mediums, different hormone combination and concentration, different inoculum density on the shoot induction were studied.[Result] The appropriate explant of Anoectochilus formosanus for shoot inducting was the base of stem, the best hormone combination was 2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA,the best inoculum density was 8-10 explants each glass.[Conclusion] It prepared the ground for the industrial seedling and mass production of Anoectochilus formosanus.
