Effect of Tonifying Liver and Kidney Prescription in Treatment of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine of Tonifying liver and kidney prescription in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients of liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar disc form our department of outpatient and inpatient were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group oral diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets,combined with the waist muscle function exercise;The treatment group was treated by our hospital bone three party(invigorating liver and kidney) based on the treatment in control group,2 weeks for 1 courses.After the 1 course of treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups,visual pain score(VAS) maintenance time is evaluated before and after treatment,the pain score,onset time after treatment,before and after the treatment with straight leg raising angle were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 100.0%,was higher than 92.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);After treatment,VAS,the onset time in the reatment groupd is lower than that of control group,the treatment time and straight leg raising angle maintained were higher than that of the control group,the difference were statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Tonifying liver and kidney prescription in our hospital,can strong bones and muscles,relieving pain effect,can effectively alleviate the symptoms of pain;The curative effect is ideal,which the Tonifying the liver and kidney prescription in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation,it is worthy of promoting in clinical practice.
