Abstract
National criminal victims compensation system refers to the compensation system that ensures a certain range of crime victims who cannot obtain compensation or full compensation from the offender or through other means to be given compensation by the State in accordance with statutory procedures.By comparative study and research we can find that as the main content of the national compensation system,different country has different rules as to national compensation targets,compensation conditions,compensation scope,compensation funds,compensation limits and other issues.Profiting from the regulations of other country,Our country should construct criminal victims compensation system based on the reality of our country.
