Abstract
Government compensating the criminal victims who can not obtain compensation from the criminals or other ways has been a relatively vulgate practice in international society.Comparative review and study show that different countries hold different understandings upon governmental compensation for criminal victims in theoretical basis,compensation objects,compensation conditions,compensation scopes,compensation funds,compensation restrictions,arbitrating organs and so on.So,in the constructing course of our governmental compensation system for victims of crimes,we should consider our own reality while learning regulations from foreign countries.
