Conception on Constructing the State Compensation System for Criminal Victims

Abstract

The state compensation for criminal victims refers to a kind of social security and judicial protection system that the victim in the criminal acts were not against the criminals or other avenues of compensation for the damage by the state to set up a spe-cial fund to help certain substances.We should construct the state compensation system from the subject of compensation,the scope of compensation,the compensation amount and source of funds and compensation procedures.
