About the hational Compensation System of the Victims

Abstract
When the victims suffers the violation of crime,he can not get the compensation or enough compensation from the criminals,the nation should compensate the victims,and help the victims get away from the predicament. This article discussed the creation,development,theories and necessity of the national compensation system.Furthermore,the article advances the national compensation institutional basal frame of our country.
