Abstract

To determine the content of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang Granules,HPLC was used with ODS C18column.Methanol-0.4%acetic acid(10∶90)and methanol-0.2% orthophosphoric acid were used as mobile phases.The wave length for detection was set at 327nm and 274nm.The sample was easy to deal with and the chromatogram's separability was good with a good reproducibility.These methods can be used to control the quality of Yinhuang Granules.
