Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality standard of Yinhuang Granules.Methods HPLC was adopted to determine baicalin in Yinhuang Granules with Agilent C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phrase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶ 53∶ 0.2),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 274 nm.Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.03~0.15 mg(r=0.999 5),the average recovery was 99.99% with the RSD=0.07%(n=6).Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and can be used for the determination of baicalin in Yinhuang Granules.
