Analysis of irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions of our hospital

Abstract
Objective To analyze the irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions,and promote clinical rational drug use.Methods There were 1 500 prescriptions extracted from April to October in 2011,and the prescriptions were evaluated by commentary indicators.Results There were 1 405(93.7%)qualified prescriptions and 95(6.3%) unqualified prescriptions.The antibacterial drugs accounted for 40.5%,and the injection accounted for 17.6%.Conclusion Prescription analysis makes the hospital prescription management,prescription issued and prescription dispensing more scientific,reasonable and standard.
