Abstract

Objective: To explore the change and clinical significance of Tumor necrosis factor a(TNFa) and its receptors. Methods:69 cases of coronary heart disease patients and 30 cases of healthy persons were examinated for the amount of TNFa and 2 kinds of its receptors.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,the amount of TNFa and its receptors were higher significantly in sera of coronary heart patient's group.The AMI group was greatly higher than that of SAP group. Conclusion:The TNFa and its receptors were closely associated with the incidence and severity of coronary heart disease.
