Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of TNF-α,IL-1β level inserum of patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical meaning. Methods The level of serum TNF-α,IL-1β in 66 cases of coronary heart disease were detected by ELISA,and the data were compared with control group. Results Serum TNF-α,IL-1 β levels in coronary heart disease patients were significantly higher than controlgroup and related to severe of the disease. Conclusion It suggested that immunedysfunction exist in patients with coronary heart disease, higher level of TNF-α,IL-1 β would associate with development of the coronary heart disease, and it can bea new indicator of coronary heart disease.
