Correlation of between tumor necrosis factor alpha and receptor and heart failure of coronary heart disease

Abstract

Objective: Research of correlation of between tumor necrosis factor alpha and receptor of resolution tumor necrosis factor(STNFR) and heart failure of coronary heart disease (hfCHD).Methods: The 138 patients of inhospital of coronary heart disease with coronary artary graphy (CAG) divide 40 cases of normal,61 cases of non hfCHD and 61 cases of hfCHD with CAG and NYHA.All case mesure TNF alpha and STNFR with ELASA in time of make CAG.Results: The level of TNF alpha and STNFR in sirus between 3 groups was vary different ( P 0.01).Group of hfCHD was higher than group of normal ( P 0.05).The level of TNF alpha and STNFR was postive correlation (r=0.423,P0.01) .Conclusion: TNF alpha maybe increases heart failure in coronary heart disease.It is important that level and rate of TNF alpha and STNFR in sirus about function of heart in coronary heart disease.
