Abstract

The paper discusses the application of the multiple intelligences theory to English reading teaching in higher vocational colleges under the current new situations,aiming at developing college students' multiple intelligences,arousing their interests in English study so as to achieve teaching objectives and improve students' comprehensive English standard.
