Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of Surgical treatment of dislocation of lens secondary glaucoma.Methods Operation was performed in 36 cases(38 eyes)with dislocation of lens secondary glaucoma.Different operative methods were applied according to various clinical features.Results Effective power was 89.47%.Corrected visual acuity afteroperation were elevated in 34 eyes,keep constant in 2 eyes,became worse in 2 eyes.Intraocular pressure keep normal in 92.1% eyes.Conclusion Choose suitable surgical opportunity and different operative methods according to various clinical features can control Intraocular pressure effectively and improved visual acuity.
