Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on depression feeling and self concept of the patients with postpartum depression.Methods Using self contrast study method,30 patients with postpartum depression who was in hospital were given comprehensive psychological intervention which last 4 weeks.Before and after intervention,the effect was evaluated by TSCS.Results 1) 1) Before intervention the score of EPDS was 15.62±2.32.And after intervention,the score of EPDS was 8.21±1.56.The difference was statistically significant(t=11.06,P0.01).2) Before intervention the score of TSCS was 264.52±19.46.And after intervention the score of TSCS was 264.52±19.46.The difference was statistically significant(t=3.71,P0.01).Conclusion The comprehensive psychological intervention could alleviate depression feeling of the patients with postpartum depression,and correct negativity self concept.It was conducive to promote psychological rehabilitation of the patients.
