Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on rehabilitation effect in patients with depression. Methods 60 patients with depression were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group,with30 cases in each. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,the intervention group was given psychological intervention on the basis of above treatment. Hamilton depression scale( HAMD) and Nurses 'observation scale for inpatient evaluation( NOSIE) were used to evaluate the effect after 6 weeks. Results After 6 weeks of treatment,social ability、social interest and personal cleanliness in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 0. 05).Conclusions Psychological intervention has positive effect on treatment and recovery of social function for patients with depression,and could promote rehabilitation of depression patients.
