The effect of psychological intervention on the cognitive disorder of the patients with postpartum depression

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on cognitive disorder of the patients with postpartum depression Methods Using self contrast study method, 36 patients with postpartum depression who were in hospital were given comprehensive psychological intervention, the intervention time lasted 4 weeks.Before and after intervention, the effect was evaluated by TSCS. Results After intervention, besides self- criticism factor, the score of each factor in TSCS was higher than that before intervention(P<0.01). Conclusions Psychological intervention could care the cognitive disorder of the patients with postpartum depression, promote their psychological health level.
