Abstract
Objective To investigate the comprehensive psychological intervention on the treatment of postpartum depression,as well as postpartum depression and maternal hormone levels.Methods The study used the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(Edinburgh postnatal depression scale.EPDS) of 365 women 6 weeks postpartum to investigate the evaluation of screening for postpartum depression and in accordance with the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for postpartum depression 42 studied.Selected are divided into two groups based on voluntary choice.General One group of 21 cases of psychological intervention group(the intervention group),another group of 21 cases of the control group.Intervention group were given a comprehensive psychological interventions,including cognitive therapy,psychological support therapy,behavior therapy,relaxation therapy,music therapy and so on,without any measures to control group.The two groups separately at the former General of psychological intervention,after intervention 1 week,6 weeks,when the 6 month follow-up and Scale EPDS,morning venous blood draw at the same time 4 ~5mL,measurement of serum estradiol,progesterone content.Results Intervention group psychological intervention by a comprehensive 1 week,6 weeks,6 months,EPDS index decreased estrogen levels gradually rise;A comprehensive psychological intervention for postpartum depression can be used as first-line treatment.Conclusion The study shows that psychological intervention can effectively improve symptoms of postpartum depression and to shorten the course,is the clinical treatment of postpartum depression the most safe and effective measures.
