Knowledge Concept in the Intellectual Property Law

Different discipline has the different knowledge concept.But there is no knowledge concept that conforms to the characteristics and request of the intellectual property.The Form Theory believes that the essence of knowledge is the form,so the intellectual property is a form property.The Form Theory has several serious flaws such as being too broad and too abstract.In the intellectual property law,the essence of knowledge is symbol.Therefore,the intellectual property rights protect the symbolic form and the symbolic information.
