TheDualismhas become the main doctrine. Even so,theDualismhas not solved two important issues. One is how to clarify the nature the intellectual property. The other is how to arrange the structure of the nature. Therefore,a Neo-Dualism should be constructed from the respective of value and on the basis of criticizing and inheriting the theory existed.
