Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of aspirin and develop a new method for limit of free salicylic acid in yixinxue.METHODS The HPLC system of a Alltech-C 18( 4.6×250mm,5μm)column and the mobile phase was composed acetonitrile-water(25∶75) adjust pH to 3.0 by acetic acid glacial. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1,UV detector at 276nm (aspirin)and 300nm(limit of free salicylic acid).RESULTS The average recoveries of aspirin was 100.4%(RSD=1.52%),precision RSD=1.2%.The method for limit of free salicylic acid-HPLC was easy、efficient and specific.CONCLUSION The method fit the assay requirements of the Yixinxue.
