The diagnostic value of combined detection with five tumor markers for gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of combined detection with CEA,CA19-9,CA125,M2-PK and PGⅠfor gastric cancer.Methods The serum CEA,CA19-9,CA125,M2-PK and PGⅠlevels in 69 patients with gastric cancer,40 patients with benign gastric diseases and 30 healthy controls were measured with EL ISA method.Results The positive rate of CEA,CA19-9,CA125,M2-PK and PGⅠin patients with gastric cancer were obviously higher than those in the group with benign gastric diseases and in the control group(P0.01).Moreover,the sensitivity of the combined detections including the five tumor markers were higher than those of the respective.Conclusion The serum CEA,CA19-9,CA125,M2-PK and PGⅠlevels are very valuable in diagnosis of gastric cancer.The combined detection five tumor markers can promote the sensitivity for the diagnosis of gastric cancer
