Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum tumor markers CEA,CA50,CA19-9 in gastric cancer. Methods The serum levels of CEA,CA50,CA19-9 were detected by radioimmunoassay determination in 60 patients with gastric cancer,60 cases with benign gastric diseases and 60 normal healthy subjects. The differences among the three groups were compared. Results The serum levels of CEA、CA50、CA19-9 in gastric cancer patients were obviously higher than those in the group with benign gastric diseases and in the normal healthy subjects (P 0.05). While the health difference between control and gastric group had no statistical significance (P 0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of CEA,CA50,CA19-9 are higher in patients with gastric cancer. The serum levels of CEA,CA50,CA19-9 are valuable in auxiliary diagnosis of gastric cancer.
