Abstract
Based on the concrete investment management practices,the system construction,main methods and successful experience of the invest mode of static control and dynamic management for South-to-North Water Diversion Project were summarized and analyzed.The results indicate that the investment mode of static control and dynamic management in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the innovation practices such as the excitation restraint mechanism and risk sharing mechanism etc.during its implementation are a new exploration of investment management modes for large-scale water projects.It will further improve the investment management level of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and it may also provide reference for the investment management of other large-scale water projects.
