Discussions on the Measures and Methods for Investment Control in North Water Diversion Project

According to the characteristics of the construction of North Water Diversion Project,this paper discusses some problems of the project such as the targets of investment control and the measures for investment control,and points out that as long as to make investment analysis earnestly,handle the claims properly,control the engineering design alternations strictly,and do well engineering measurement and payment,etc.,can the investment control of the project in construction stage be done well.
