Abstract
The South-to-North Water Diversion Project was one of the largest invested hydraulic engineering in recent years, and its investment management was an important content during the construction. This article introduced the Middle Line from Beijing to Shijiazhuang in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project-Shahe River(North)Inverted Siphon Project, studied with emphasis the investment management system-the static control, the dynamic management, establishing the restraint and incentive system of the project investment. It analyzed this system's characteristics, and aimed at this system the insufficiency to propose some effective improvement measures. Its goal lay in providing some ideas for establishing the investment management system of hydraulic engineering to make the system play a greater role.
