Abstract

[Objective]To study the mechanism of the prescription of strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi on promoting renovation of stomach mucosa and to observe the changes of mucosa epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and the level of sera nitric oxide.[Methods] The rat model of gastric ulcer was induced by acetic acid.EGFR was revealed by immunohistochemical method(SABC),then the EGFRimage was analysed.Sera level of NO_3~-/NO_2~-was measured by the method of deacidizing and colour matching with copperized cadmium.[Results] The expression of mucosa EGFR in the model group increased compare with the control group(P(0.01),) and that in the Chinese medicine group increased more than that in the model group(P(0.01).)Sera level of NO_3~-/NO_2~-of model group was lower than that of control group(P0.01) and Chinese medicine group(P0.01).[Conclusion]Chinese medical prescription of strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi can promote renovation of stomach mucosa via EGFR and NO.
