Abstract

Objective To discuss the Practice and Effect of Quality Nursing Care Demonstration Projects.Methods Study the status of Quality Nursing Care Demonstration Projects about the four contacted experimental wards in our hospital.We deeply to arrange nurse' shifts order ;TO graded with the nurses in nursing,TO turn the mode of nursing;TO put into effect the basic nursing,To expand the connotation of specialized nursing.Investigate the satisfaction to nursing care and nursing quality.Results The satisfaction with the patients,doctor and nurses,the rate of red light,badness event all have statistic significance(p0.05).Conclusion Practice of Quality Nursing Care Demonstration Projects can raise the satisfaction with the patients,doctor and nurses;it also can improve nursing quality.
