Abstract

Objective To observe the effects of nourishing Yin and calming liver method on preeclampsia. Methods 75 preeclampsia patients were randomly divided into control group(38 cases) and treatment group(37 cases).2 groups were given the routine Western therapies plus the treatment group was given Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction to nourish Yin and calm liver.A treatment couse was a week;2 courses were taken for observation.Indicators were observed and compared between 2 groups including MAP,24 h UAE,blood fat and their influences to pregnancy. Results Compared with data of control group,MAP and 24 h UAE of treatment group reduced and the blood lipid metabolism were improved and the superiority was significant(P0.05);gestational weeks of treatment group were extended and neonataloutcomes were improved. Conclusion Method of nourishing Yin and calming liver can adjust blood pressure, regulate blood lipid metabolism, reduce microal-buminuria and improve the outcomes of pregnancy in patients with preeclampsia.
