The Change of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Decoction Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the therapy of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Decoction on the effect of diabetic gastroparesis.[Methods] 120 cases of diabetic gastroparesis patients,according to the order were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group.Two groups were treated by diabetic diet and drug control of blood glucose.The treatment group used the Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Decoction(Radix Astragali,Radix Pseudostellariae,Medicinal Dendrobium,tangerine peel,yam,white atractylodes rhizome,elecampane,etc.),1 doses/day,by water simmer,twice on morning and evening with an empty stomach.The control group using the cisapride tablels 10mg,tid,taking medicine before ante cibum in 30min.To observe the symptoms total scores before and after treatment,and to test the fasting blood glucose,2hours postprandial blood sugar,Comparing the curative effect after 2 treatment courses.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group is better than control group(P0.05);The fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood sugar after 2hours treatment improved in different degrees of the treatment group,after treatment in the treatment group effects than in control group's(P0.05);the treatment group after treatment the symptoms improved in different degrees,after treatment in treatment group effects than in control group's(P0.05).[Conclusion] The Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with satisfactory results.
