Abstract
Objective To explore the incidence and risk factors of children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection, and to provide reference for developing effective prevention and treatment of infection of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody(MP IgM)detection and investigation for related risk factors were conducted among children under the age of 16with course of disease of more than one week. Results The rate of infection of mycoplasma pneumonia in children was 35.7%,which showed a rising trend with the increase of age.The number of children with induced asthma accounted for 29.1%among the children infected and the rate of standard antiinfection accounted for 65.3%.Conclusions Such measures can effectively prevent the children from infection, reinfection and cross infection of pneumonia mycoplasma including strengthening physical exercise, healthy diet, personal hygiene, fresh indoor air, rational use of drugs.
