Two Methods in Treating Helicobacter Pylori Positive Ulcer

Objective: To observe different healing methods in treating helicobacter pylori positive ulcer.Method: 126 patients were selected in our hospital from March 2009 to May 2010,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:observing group(amoxicillin,clarithromycin,omeprazole combination group) and control group(amoxicillin,metronidazole,ranitidine combination group),each group with 63 cases,the treatment course was 8 weeks,and then compared the effect of two groups.Result: 41 cases were excellent,19 cases were markedly effective,the effective rate was 65.1%,the total effective rate was 95.2% in observing group;28 cases in control group were excellent,24 cases markedly effective,the effective rate was 44.4%,total effective rate was 82.5%.There were significant difference between the two groups(P 0.01).The results were statistical significance.there were no obvious adverse reactions during the two groups.Conclusion: The healing effect of amoxicillin,clarithromycin,omeprazole triple therapy for helicobacter pylori-positive ulcers were ideal and worthy of clinical applying.
