Psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with post-natal depression

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of psychological intervention anxiety and depression in patients with post-natal depression.Methods From June 2010 to June 2012,60 cases of patients with post-natal depression in our hospital obstetric treatment as the research object,use the random number table meet the inclusion criteria of this study,and exclusion criteria were divided into a control group and the observation group and the control group were given conventional health education and treatment,the observation group were added with psychological intervention for 8 weeks to observe and compare the two groups of patients with anxiety and depression.Results For 8 weeks,the observation group were anxiety standard score was significantly lower than the control group patients,the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can significantly improve postpartum depression in patients with anxiety and depression,and help to improve the prognosis of patients,worthy of further promotion.
