Abstract
Objective To inquire the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients who suffer from depression and bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 64 patients suffered from depression and disorder were randomly divide into experimental group and control group.Routine treatment and nursing care of psychiatric drugs were given to both the groups,but comprehensive nursing intervention was only used in experimental group.The 17 Hamilton depression scale was investigated both before and ten weeks after the treatment.Results The HAMD17 score of the two groups was significantly lower than those before intervention(P0.01 );While the HAMD17 score after intervention in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P0.01 ).There were differences in the effective rate of intervention between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The positive nursing intervention combined with drug treatment have significant effects on the patients who suffer from both depression and disorder.
