Several Thoughts on Innovating the Working System of Police Education and Training

Innovating the working system of police education and training is not only the fundamental requirement of constructing the learning police security troops,but also the necessary demand of the sustainable development of police work.As to today’s new situation and problems in the police education and training,it’s a pressing matter to put total emphasis on strenghthening the quality and ability construction of police security troops and bravely explore the new ideas and ways to enhance the work mentioned above,in order to build a large-scale working system of police education and training by adopting the following requirements,such as,participation of all the police,realization of one’s own responsibility,administration with scientific ways,and safeguard by powerful measures.To innovate the working system of police education and training,there are some suggestions,that is,applying the scientific outlook on development consciously,reforming the curriculum settings,building the comprehensive drillmaster bank,introducing the modern training methods,intensifying the application of scientific achievements,and constructing the evaluation system of performance appraisal.
